Our Story
Power-Up Online Promotions began, as so many businesses do, out of necessity. Founder Anthony Giorgetti was a writer who loved comedy but realized he needed something that actually paid. He accidentally found out he was good at marketing when a previous employer had him build a website – the rest is history.
Anthony and his wife Felicia founded POP with the values they looked for in businesses – honesty, creativity, individuality, and kindness. They also sought to be of service and use their power well – hence the superhero theme.
Felicia had been a business owner since she was nineteen and could never find someone to express who she was. The Giorgettis spoke to so many business owners who were frankly swindled by “marketers” who never delivered.
POP is the opposite – a local marketing agency that delivers on our promises. POP Stars are your friendly neighborhood marketers.

Anthony & Felicia Giorgetti
Co-Owners, CEOs, & League Leaders
Anthony and Felicia live with their dogs Om and Shanti and cats, Lucy and Oliver (a maniac) in Roanoke, Virginia, but they’re Disney adults who love traveling to Central Florida (just not in the summer!) They’re so proud to make Central Florida POP’s next neighborhood.
Anthony is a comedy writer who started writing for business when he realized it might be nice to have money. Felicia is following in her maternal grandfather’s footsteps, who, in addition to being a longtime Florida resident, was a graphic artist who worked on posters for the original Tarzan movies and the famous Coca-Cola campaign, “Coke Adds Life!”
Jenn Read
Creative Workflow Officer and Primary Extraordinaire
Every great team has an origin story – and Jenn’s is legendary.
Anthony first met Jenn when she was his Content Director at another agency. Her organizational superpowers were so undeniable, he told her she should be consulting for other companies. Eventually, he made it happen – and once Jenn got a taste of POP, she didn’t just want to consult. She needed in.
Off the clock, she’s a devoted wife, mom of three (and two furbabies), Mimi to two, creative writer, D&D player, kayaking enthusiast, and proud citizen of the Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld realms.
Another great power? An eye for talent. Jenn assembled much of POP’s Central Florida squad, and her presence made Central Florida the obvious home for POP’s second location.
Caity Read
Senior Content Writer & CFL Sales Representative
Anthony and Caity first met at a previous company, both as writers, and once they both sought employment elsewhere, they wound up reconnecting in Spring 2024. She has been writing for POP since, and has recently joined the sales team to draw more Neighbors to our Central Florida Neighborhood.
Outside of work, she is a wife, a work-from-home supermom of two boys, and a theme park scareactor during the Halloween season. She enjoys theme park days, playing D&D, and other games with her family and friends.
Her superpower? Compassion and a knack for conversation. She cares about the Neighbors she writes for, and focuses on relating to them on a personal level. She loves helping those who need it by effecting change through the power of words!
Khenan Terry
Web Developer & Designer
It was the perceptive Aaron Baldwin who brought Khenan into POP’s fold. Aaron introduced him to Anthony, and both he and Anthony saw potential in Khenan’s background as a former scientist and software developer, and that his skills would be indispensable for POP’s web development squad.
When he’s not fulfilling his POP duties, he spends his time on further development of his software development skills, Linux administration skills, a bit of amateur linguistics, and playing games with friends on the weekends.
April McCormick
Web Developer & Designer
April joined POP in 2025 after being recommended for an open web developer position by an existing POP client. Bonding over their shared love of animals and writing, April and Anthony quickly became fast friends.
April’s love of design and building websites is evident in the care and attention to detail she brings to every project. When she’s not building websites, you’ll likely find April down dog on a yoga mat, frolicking in her garden, reading a book, or possibly doing all three at the same time!
Aaron Baldwin
Senior SWVA Sales Representative
Aaron joined POP in 2023 as a part-time salesperson, becoming a full-time Account Representative by early 2025. He graduated from Roanoke College with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and brings a background in product marketing, having served brands such as Google, Cisco, PwC, and Atlassian. His passion for marketing dates back to 2017, managing digital marketing for a family business — a drive he now channels into helping POP’s Southwest Virginia neighbors reach their ideal customers. In his free time, Aaron enjoys community outreach, auto racing, video games, and concerts.
Zoe Smith
Content Writer
Zoe was introduced to POP through Felicia, who heard her complaining that she wanted to work for an ethical company and said, “I know just the place!” She is a content writer extraordinaire and enjoys hanging out with her four cats in her free time.
Her superpower? Learning exactly how things are done or what makes them tick and then translating that jargon into reader-friendly language so that your customers understand your superpowers!
Alyx Read
Content Writer & CFL Sales Representative
Alyx is the newest POP hero! She was introduced to POP through Jenn and soon started as POP’s social media specialist and one of their sales representatives for central Florida. She loves creative writing and helping others, so this role definitely fits her well!
She is a college student studying to teach and also works part-time at the most magical place on earth, Disney World! Her hobbies include sketching, kayaking, reading, video games, and more! She strives to be friendly and open to all. She loves a good laugh and enjoys quality time. Creativity runs in her veins and out into her fingertips, as she is always coming up with witty lines for her social media work.
Madison McCollum
Content Writer & CFL Sales Representative
Anthony was introduced to Madison through a connection with Jenn. Seeing potential, Jenn assigned Madison blogs to start, guiding her in the correct direction to grow as a writer. Now, as an official content writer for POP, Madison is thriving and developing new skills every day – including joining their sales team!
As a work-from-home mom of a little girl, Madison thoroughly enjoys spending time with friends and family. She appreciates a good video game, rock music, movie nights, and spending time with her daughter and nephews.
